Most decent place in vegas so far for vietnamese food, so I would go here everytime I am in town. However, it maybe slightly more expensive the usual amount per dish. Food was balanced and good. Nem nuon spring rolls is most preferred. If compared to other areas outside vegas, probably 4/5.

The noodles are fantastic, but the chicken soup is truly a standout. As for the egg rolls? They are absolutely exceptional.

Small hole in the wall type of restaurant… simple menu and you get what you get… ordered the beef pho, good flavors, came in only 1 size which is a medium in most pho restaurant…

I was specifically looking for Bôt Chiên and this was the closest. When I pulled up, the parking lot had no other cars, despite the OPEN sign. I came a little after 6pm on a Sunday. As expected the restaurant was empty. It was a smallish place but clean. I was greeted right away and seated. The menu is very small but I started by ordering bánh cuốn, she said they were out, then I ordered Bánh ướt. Also out. Third time was the charm and I ordered Bánh bột chiên, what I was originally craving. This dish was almost perfect to me with each pieces of the rice cake being perfectly crispy. It HAS TO BE CRISPY, because the center is soft. Most places have a hard time with the consistency. Flavor was just a little less than what I expected but overall it was tasty and I will cone back to eat this. I ordered Vietnanese ice coffee, and for coffee fanatics, the flavor is from a pre-mix not from being filtered properly. The amount of food was great, I was hungry but didn't finish, and left a couple of squares. The egg was fried to the right light crispyness and lots of green onions were sprinkled through. The sauce was as I expected. Some places use the wrong sauce.

I originally wanted to order some Bánh Cuốn, but they were out of it around 7pm, so I opted for Nem Cuốn (Pork Patty Rolls), Bánh Khọt (Crispy Turmeric Mini Pancakes), and Bột Chiên (Fried Rice Flour Cake). I really enjoyed all the dishes, but the Fried Rice Flour Cake was my favorite. The cake had a thin enough texture to be crispy on the outside while staying soft on the inside. However, I think the soy sauce could be a bit less salty and sour to be perfect. The mini pancakes had fresh shrimp, but I would have preferred them to be cooked a little longer to ensure the flour was fully cooked (the inside of the cakes was still a bit too soft). The restaurant is small but clean, and the service was friendly and attentive. There’s free parking, but the spots are somewhat limited.

Absolutely love this spot, their house lemongrass chili paste is a standout. They have many Central Vietnamese dishes on the menu I rarely see or haven’t seen elsewhere in Vegas- Mi Quang, Banh Cuon, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Canh, and Bun Rieu- the Banh Cuon especially is one of my all time favorites, the house-made crispy shallots are killer. Best Cha Gio i’ve found in Vegas too, and their Pho Bo broth is deeply flavorful and not too sweet.

This restaurant located in south Decatur Blvd. when you go north of Spring Mountain Rd. after Chinatown , , turn left at Decatur and it locates right away on your right hand side. You need to slow down. It’s very hard to find at night. We went there on Thursday, Nov. 9. The food are excellent! It’s a small business but you can tell the chef makes every dish delicious. The pictures tell it all. The owner is very friendly and provides excellent services. We will go there again when we stop by Las Vegas next time.

We came here with the few friends so we were able to try a few things on the menu. Everything had a fresh and clean flavor but almost felt like was missing one ingredient. Looking for to come back to try the pho.
